a rare treat

since the big girl is borderline 13, we decided it was time for her to start babysitting.
and we went to the movies.

i can't remember the last time i saw a movie in a real theatre.

i wanted to see one of the movies that started yesterday but we ended up seeing the scantly clad spartans kicking ass.

and, oh my gawd!
it was fucking awesome.

i definitely give it five severed heads.
it's easy to forget that it's computer generated because the story and the action are truly great.

and as much as i hate to admit - i'd see it again next week in a heartbeat.
