had a great time at the beach this weekend.
no major beef with anyone and i feel down the stairs only twice this trip.
that's a major improvement over the last time we were there.

no hospital time today afterall.
it's considered a holiday so only one tech is there from 8am - noon. it's a girl i don't like to shadow much. she's a good tech but she doesn't talk anatomy while doing the scan. we talk pathology after the patient is gone and while that's great too, i'm getting decent enough with that that i can talk pathology.
i need someone to show me better ways to image the external carotid artery.

and it was like a birthday presnt or something.....

decided to get some crap cleaned up around the new desks.
started going through some crates of cds and came across a stash of my dear friend's cds that i totally forgot i had.
i remembered getting them from him today, a year ago. we went by and saw him at work before we left town - the day after i got my tatoo. that weekend was the crowning moment in time. he gave me a handfull of cds to copy.

the first one i pulled out was this.
