happy green beer day!

and i probably won't be lucky enough to consume one beer at all, let alone a green beer in a smoky bar with loud music and so many of my almost-peers.

but i did go today to my future job and FINALLY fill out all my paperwork and pissed in a cup (with a raging UTEye that, i hope, does not quash the results) and had my photo taken for my employee badge.
why does a background check take 5 days? in the age of the interweb and the power of the medium, why in the hell would something that takes just a few minutes, take 5 goddammed days?

today is an eventful day.
biggirl finally got suspended from school for her shitty behavior.
3 day out of school suspension for skipping class, forging a note from me, and lying to her assistant principal.
what in the fuck was she thinking?
so for today through thursday, her ass is sitting in a program for stupidass kids, an "alternative to out of school suspension."
at least she's not laid up in bed at home all day long complaining that i need to cook her lunch.
i hope she's eating a peanut butter and syrup sammich with the other loser kids.

hmm.... what else what else what else....
babygirl is sick. had a fever for the past 4 days. since it comes down with the m0trin/tylen0l combo, the dr doesn't feel the need to see her.
um... what? fever for 4 fucking days and there's no need to see her?

i'm content with the happy medium right now.
