the dog didn't take the remote out in the yard*
put in a few hours at work today and really tried to sweat as much as humanly possible. anything to try and lose some more weight.
i'm very bothered by my weight right now.
i think it's because i find myself single -gasp!- and would not turn down a drink with anyone at this point.
nah... i don't want to go have drinks because i'm single.
my feet hurt.
my clothes don't fit.
i just need to get it under control rather than binge eating junk food and justifying that third fish.sammich from the arches of the week.
i've got a weight machine on the back porch. and it's been out there for about four years.
i've finally started to use it.
at least i will build up my muscle under my fat.
heh...
no news on the job front. and that's ok.
i had some anxiety on the way to work this morning about it.
travel for work. it sounds so ideal.
but it's not like i get to see the sights wherever they fly me, know what i mean?
and it's not like i will get to go to any cool places like here or here, know what i mean?

i got a haircut.
someone said "you went ryan see-crest."
not quite that short but still good.
and it feels so much like hay lately...
looks like it, too.
*it was folded up in the blanket i was using last week. the one that the cleaning lady folded up and put on a chair right before she put the blanket she wants me to use on the bed.

I'd love to travel for work, even (especially maybe?) if I never made it out of the hotel room. Adventures.
